There are only a few tracks that are not ripped from CDs, purely for the fact they are hard to find in CD form. These are:

the only track thats not in the torrent is the Harvest multimedia track (idk what that would mean) off the blackwater park bonus disc. according to wiki, the song length is 21:14, where the original would be 6:01.
i doubt thats a huge loss.
